How should I care for and care for my uniform articles?

Most of our clothing is machine washable. Please note that clothes that are made of fleece may shrink,we recommend washing in cold water and hanging the pieces to dry, or if tumble drying use a low setting.

Do I need to book an appointment to shop for uniforms?

We recommend you to book a time slot before coming. This will help you save your time. Alternatively, if you are unable to make it to the store, families can also shop for their uniform online.

We do free design support with free samples. There is no startup fee.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our products and brands are decorated in 8-12 business days. Some products take a bit longer due to shipping times or specific decoration methods.

Do sites stay open all year?

Yes, we are open all year long and we ship on-demand all year long.

Can I use my existing logo or can you help with the design?

Yes, we can use your existing design or we can create something new for you. Our design team is here to support you with existing or logo from scratch.

What image format do you need?

For the best print results please send file formats are .EPS, .PDF, .AI, or .SVG. You can layout your design on one of our home templates or contact us for help with putting it all together.You can also send us Photoshop files or regular images (.JPG, .TIFF, .GIF or .PNG) but please make sure that these are at a HUGE resolution so we can print them

What exactly is sublimation?

Sublimation printing means that your kit design is directly injected into the blank white textile. Sublimation will never flake off and it will never fade as long as you follow the washing instructions.
